TWO16ONHL was proudly built with energy efficiency in mind. Hot water is supplied to each apartment through an advanced heat pump system that circulates hot water throughout the building, eliminating the need to reheat cooled water throughout the day and thus saving energy. The hot water tanks are communal and are located on the roof of the building and will be serviced by the Body Corporate.

Low-energy light fixtures have been fitted throughout the building, as well as your apartment. The glass fitted throughout the building and your apartment has an energy-efficient glazing designed to control the gain / loss of heat throughout the year thus mitigating the need for excessive heating or cooling.

The building is access controlled using an advanced electronic system. Each owner has been given two access tags, one access card and two remotes programmed to permit access through both of the building’s entrances (front security gate at the pavement edge and front vehicular entrance). Please note that any owners requiring more access tags/cards are required to request these in writing from the managing agent and they will be for the owner’s account. Each tag and card has a unique ID allowing their activity to be recorded and can be disabled if suspected lost or stolen. For the security of all owners, please report any lost tags and cards.

The security of the block is extremely important. Secure fencing surrounds the building, as well as electric fencing on the front facade, and the common areas are monitored by security cameras that record and save footage to an off-site server. In the event of an incident, security footage can be accessed for review. Twelve-hour security is provided to the building by Grinnell Security & Cleaning Services.
